Also note that dgVoodoo2 needs a fast GPU. Note that if you choose a very high resoluton you'll have tiny UI in game. From dgVoodoo2's panel you can even enable a couple of extra effects like antialiasing. Music, sounds, 3D acceleration, etc work perfectly fine here. The game should run perfectly, or at least as good as it did back when it was new. Select a 4:3 resolution from the list and press Ok. Then run the game, create profile, etc and from Setup go to Display and click on "Enable 3D acceleration".
